Let it snow!

I love snow.  Love it, love it, love it.... always have, always will.  Why do I mention it today? because we have lots! :0)  It snowed all night last night and most of today, adding to the snow we already had laying around from the white Christmas I missed (but that's a story for another day!).  I think I was the happiest person outside shoveling the driveway this morning.


It's funny to get people's opinions on weather: they will usually tell you they like one or the other, but catch the warm weather people on a particularly hot day, and they will join with the masses who are complaining that it's too hot!  Same goes for most of the cold weather people, fickle!  Not me though!  I love cold weather... I just don't have a problem with it.  Take today for example; it was 7 degrees F when I was shoveling snow, but I knew that before I went outside, so I dressed for it and guess what... I wasn't cold!  I have always said you can put on more clothes if you're cold, but you can only take so many off if you're too hot! 


It's a good thing too, because Bryan Busby (my fav local weather guy) just predicted another 2"-5" for Wednesday and a balmy high of ZERO degrees F for Friday, and -1 for Saturday! :0)

A place to start.....

This is what happens when I have too much time to think.... I start a blog, a BLOG... ME! Who'dathunkit?! LOL :0)

So now what? I had all these thoughts in my head when I started to set this up, but I had to come up with titles, names and passwords since then, so now I don't remember any of the oh-so-interesting things I was going to share with the world. Figures.

I don't really have any grandiose plans for this (just so you know), it's really for my own benefit... an outlet, I suppose, for all the junk I have floating around in my head on a daily basis. I don't know how often I will post, and I certainly can't promise I will have anything interesting to say on any given day (as this post has already proven). But you never know, once in a while I may come up with something worth reading. ;0)

OK, well I have writer's block already, so I'm going to stop for now, reflect, compose my thoughts.... sleep!
